Ms. Shuler is a specialist in forensic accounting, who has served as a consultant in a big-five accounting firm and an internal investigator with a major mutual fund company.  She has worked as a staff accountant and has managed the accounting department of a small corporation.  Ms. Shuler is a graduate of the California State University.
