WILLIAM C. WAGNER
William C. Wagner, Jr. is a seasoned intelligence officer who retired from the Central Intelligence Agency as a member of the Senior Intelligence Service. He served exclusively with the Clandestine Service in both foreign and domestic assignments. During his CIA career Mr. Wagner planned, developed, and directed diverse field operations and programs. These included successful activities targeted against various international terrorist organizations and criminal cartels. Before joining the CIA, he served in the U.S. Naval Reserve, where he worked aboard ship and later as Intelligence Officer in the Amphibious Command in Little Creek, Virginia.
Mr. Wagner has been decorated by several foreign governments and has received recognition from U.S. military and federal law enforcement agencies. Department of Defense, U.S. law enforcement agencies and several foreign governments.
Mr. Wagner was born and educated in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Joseph’s College. Shortly after returning to civilian life, he was recruited by the Central Intelligence Agency.
